Our Management Team strives to meet and exceed our clients’ demands by maintaining a high level of integrity in everything we do.
AgSource is a complete seed service center primarily focused on meeting seed companies’ supply chain needs in today‘s increasingly complex agribusiness environment. We accomplish this by going above and beyond the ordinary service expectations of our clients. While doing this, we make sure that each employee is treated with respect and recognized for their contributions to our team’s success.
We strive to adhere to the highest safety standards in the industry. As we work to meet our clients’ needs, the safety and health of our employees and customers is always our primary focus. Our AgSource management team is constantly improving our safety standards and holds routine meetings with our staff to ensure and emphasize our commitment to safety in the workplace. We are very proud of the fact that, in 24 years of existence, AgSource has maintained a perfect safety record in which no employee has ever suffered a serious injury while working for us.

Meet the leaders
Ken Rose, Owner
Ken has been involved in the seed business in various roles for over 42 years, with 24 years of service as the President of AgSource Seeds. After earning his MS in Plant Science from the University of Minnesota, Ken served in leadership roles for four different seed companies over the span of his career and was a previous owner of NuTech. Ken resides in Spicer, MN.
Hollis Oelmann, Owner
Hollis has held many management positions in the seed business for 40 years, including 24 years of service as the Vice President of AgSource Seeds, Inc. He resides in Ames, IA.
Jim Kunze, Manager
Jim brings 35 years of agri-business management and 20 years of project management experience to the AgSource team. He has owned multiple businesses and managed 50-75 employees throughout his career. Jim manages our staff of 12 full-time employees and 20 seasonal employees and is responsible for the daily operations of our seed service center. He resides in Mingo, IA.
